I put a deposit down for my new 2023 Acura Integra and was picking it up soon. I am totally new to ceramic coating, I did consumers normal google research and talked to some detainers and was fed cookie cutter answers. But when I reached to Rich from Rich Details LLC with all my questions he took his time to walk me trough the process. I felt really comfortable with the process as anyone knows it is a pricey treatment for vehicle but Rich definitely made me comfort and my we booked my appointment. When I picked up my car from the dealer I was happy, after I dropped it off and when I picked it up from Rich, it looked 1000% better, ceramic coating was applied totally perfect! Rich is about 19 miles from me but I will be a forever costumer with Rich Details LLC!!! ~ Weslly M

Rich and his team did an amazing job on my 2020 VW and I will absolutely be bringing my other two cars to his shop in the future! I brought my daily driver in for an interior detail and wash after a road trip from FL to Long Island. I had my dog with me, and my interior was a mess by the time I got back. Rich Details was able to take my car in, clean it inside and out and bring it back to life! My light gray leather has never looked better! There was not one speck of dog hair and I am absolutely thrilled with the results and quality of work. I had a wonderful experience at Rich Details. I Took my 1991 Toyota MR2 (which was oxidized) in for complete detailing (inside and out), dent removal + full ceramic coating. I’m pretty thrilled with the job. He used his skills to bring my red paint back to life! He was also able to remove water spots on the windows and ceramic coated them after along with a full detail. His recommendations were excellent and he took care of my car like if it was his own. I received picture updates of each step and the final product came out looking AMAZING! The search of who was going to be doing the work on my Porsche and what the actual scope of the work was going to be - took me months. Rich, throughout my research phase, was incredibly patient - always providing guidance and honest direction around how we should approach my PPF, paint correction, and ceramic coating. It became clear to me that Rich was the right person for the job. From start to finish, Rich communicated every step of the way - providing updates on how my Porsche was progressing. We were in lock stop at all times of how I wanted the car to ultimately turn out - perfect. The final result speaks for itself - the car is as close to perfect as the day it left the showroom. Absolutely great place to take your car. A lot of detail shops have a chip on their shoulder. Rich Details is NOT part of this group. Rich handles your car like its his very own and gave great attention to detail. I came in looking for a paint correction, ceramic coating and paint protection on my Black Sapphire F80 M3. Rich took care of everything and even coated some extra areas such as glass and calipers for no extra charges. My car came back looking like a mirror, I couldn’t be happier. Flawless ceramic coating and incredible service! I didn't know much about ceramic coating, but I was tired of my Bronco getting scratched at the car wash so I Chat GPT 'd what to do and they recommended Rich Details. When I called, Rich took a lot of time explaining to me the benefits of ceramic coating and the whole process and I decided to do it. I couldn't be happier with the results! The paint looks absolutely flawless, rich and glossy and every single scratch is gone. It honestly looks better than the day I bought it. Rich introduced himself at a cars and coffee a couple months back and really impressed me with his knowledge. I found him to be very polite, friendly and passionate about cars. He also is conveniently located up the block from my Ferrari mechanic so I remembered him and decided to give him my 360 to detail when they were done with the annual service. When I got the car back from Rich it was “paint like glass” and speaking of glass, my previous detailer who I had used for the past 8 years is high end and well known in the industry but they told me that the foggy and water spotted glass that separates the cockpit from the engine compartment could not be improved. Rich gave the car back to me and that glass that couldn’t be improved suddenly looked showroom new. I can’t believe it! I am very excited to take my concours winning NSX to Rich in a few weeks. Im that guy who has an OCD of keeping his car clean. I study reviews and pictures of peoples work before i make any decision on where to bring my cars. Bought a new truck and i dunno what the hell the dealer washed it with and left up and down scratches in the clear all over the truck. I looked at rich details site and seen his pictures of his work. Everything looks like he takes his work serious and pride in. I chose a package that i thought will help fix my issue. We spoke about it and he advised me what is what. Dropped the truck at his shop and you see plenty of other cars in the works. He went over my truck quickly and advised me the outcome will be. Day later it was done and when i went to pick it up, i said damn that looks good. He even cleaned the inside of the vehicle for me while he didnt have to. I've never had any work done here, but I called with a couple questions and spoke with Rich- within two minutes on the phone, we both knew that I wasn't going to have the work done on my truck now, but Rich happily spent twenty minutes on the phone with me discussing potential options to get the best results with what I'm looking to do. Another great experience at Rich Details! First car I brought there a Honda Civic he was able to take stains and cigarette odor out of the seats, I was truly amazed it was like a new car inside n out! He is clearly a master of his craft! Recently took my 2024 Vw Tiguan for a full exterior n interior ceramic coat and am amazed at how glossy n great it came out! Rich has that passion n love for what he does n pays attention to all the Details so you don’t have to worry about leaving your car with him it’s in great hands! Rich details just recently tinted my vehicle all the way around with ceramic tint. The quality and craftsmanship was excellent. The lines were perfect and no imperfections in the work. Rich stands behind his work saying If something is not right call me and we will make it right. He even washed my truck because it was dirty. Rich will do all my window tints from now on as well as ceramic coating. Rich brings you right into his shop and shows you his work and process he doesn’t hide anything and no shortcuts are taken. I had Rich and his team detail my Porsche 992 T in November 2024 right before winter storage. His attention to detail and concern for my car felt as if he was detailing his own car. He was very transparent when discussing an issue that came up and his team was able to fix it. The work was so well done that the car looked better then when I initially purchased it. Brought in my new RC350 for a paint correction and 5 year ceramic coating, came out looking fantastic. Will definitely bring other cars here to get coated, they do a great job. The other photos and reviews speak for themselves here, but one thing I will say; In this day and age when most people are dishonest or only out for themselves or to make a quick buck, Rich is a true professional and honest business man. I brought my car from the dealer directly to Rich Details for color correct, ceramic coating, full front PPF, a few black accents on reflectors and ceramic tint. I’m extremely happy in how much the paint consistency and shine was improved. The PPF was perfect and adds some piece of mind. The tint and accents came out perfect, even the impossible hard to reach glass. Rich was also super helpful and accommodating, taking the car in right away and working around my schedule. Rich worked wonders on our 2016 Porsche 911! It was a bit of a mess when we bought it—scratches all over and this hazy yellow film on the front, mirrors, headlights, and side skirts. We left it with Rich for a PPF removal, full front PPF install, ceramic tints, and a ceramic coating. Our car now looks brand spanking new, like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I had a great experience with Rich Details. Found him through a friend on instagram and researched his business. Brought my 997.2 c4s in for a PPF removal (12 years old), full paint correction, and new PPF to the full front, mirrors, and rear stone guards. Rich is a very straight forward and honest guy who's professional to a whole new different level.
